This freewheeling show-after-the-show puts together top cast members of Surviving Mann who take us behind-the-scenes of each Surviving Mann episode. They reveal secrets about what happened when the cameras weren’t rolling and what’s in store for the next episode. As a fan bonus, each episode takes the cast on an electrifying survival or shooting challenge fans will love.

As a former Army JAG officer and former police officer, she gained the training and experience that drove her to compete in American Ninja Warrior, Military Edition at age 47. Now at 51, she’s ready to show the competition that she’s got the drive and determination to be the last person standing.

Liberte Austin
This Texas born paralegal and writer knows how to survive in the wilderness being able to fish, hunt and shoot with the best of them. Liberte works with the Legal Defense for Self Defense and is co-founder of Defend The Badge. She’s ready to receive a verdict of victory over the competition.

Episode 1 - What Have We Gotten Ourselves Into?
Dan Kathman talks with Aly Webster, Jenn Stankus and Liberte Austin. Find out more about Don Mann and the other contestants in this behind the scenes of Surviving Mann, Episode 1. Plus, Aly, Jenn and Liberte go to a secret location to test out the Miculek Magnetic Buffer Systems from Big Daddy Unlimited. Will it make a difference on the recoil?
Episode 2 - On A Mission… Together
In this episode of Aftermath, we find out what was going on in the minds of the contestants and what happened behind the scenes. What did Don have in store for the 32? PLUS you’ll learn some amazing self-defense techniques from the renowned W.O.F.T. instructors!
Episode 3 - Bringing Out The Big Guns
The 32 finally got to display their shooting skills. But was it all they’d hoped? Hear contestants Aly, Jenn & Liberte shed light on what happened when the cameras weren’t rolling. PLUS join the one and only Tank, from UncleSamsGuns.com, as he takes the girls on an intense shoot-house shotgun speed challenge.
Episode 4 - Leave Them In The Dust
Surviving Mann Episode 4 pushed the 32 to the limit with PT that only a Seal Team 6 warrior and MMA Champion could deliver. And the 50 Cal was a first time challenge for most of even these veteran shooters. Contestants Aly, Jenn and Liberte tell us more about what happened when the cameras weren’t rolling.
Episode 5 - Desert Danger
The 32 faced an entirely different aspect of survival and self-defense… land navigation while stranded in the desert. Aly, Jenn and Liberte take us deep inside the challenge of being stranded in the desert with nearly nothing and having to find their way back to camp. PLUS, check out the ever-versatile multi-caliber pistol from FK BRNO.
Episode 6 - Rifles, Shotguns and Pistols… Oh My!
The challenge the 32 faced in Surviving Mann Episode 5 showed an entirely different aspect of survival and self defense – land navigation while stranded in the desert. Aly, Jenn and Liberte break down the action of the desert canyon precision rifle evolution with butter smooth rifles from Uncle Sam’s Misguided Children. Episode 7 - We Have To Jump Off What?
Surviving Mann Episode 7 called on yet another unique survival skill – The Plank – a 162 foot rappel off of a wooden plank suspended in mid air over a desert canyon. Did any of the 32 refuse the challenge? Hear from Aly, Jenn and Liberte what went on behind the scenes and inside the competitors’ heads.

The action packed Surviving Mann Episode 8 upped the ante on the 32 with more advanced combat tactics to help them prepare for the mission. Aly, Jenn and Liberte share insights on how the team reacted to this advanced challenge. PLUS… the girls take on a multi-position shooting challenge with Cobalt Kinetics!
Episode 9 - We Got Your Back
The dramatic Surviving Mann Episode 9 gave the top competitors a shot at BIG points with another 700-yard Roll-The-Dice Pinnacle Shot and drilled the 32 on the more advanced combat tactic of live-fire team CQB (Close Quarters Battle). Aly, Jenn and Liberte tell us what it really felt like and how the team reacted to this advanced challenge. PLUS… in keeping with Surviving Mann’s Vegas spirit, Elvis from FK BRNO and our Executive Producer, Bob Cefail, put together a shoot house headshot challenge featuring the FK BRNO PSD!
Episode 10 - Inside Operation Scorpion
The mission is complete and the top competitors of Surviving Mann Season 1 have been officially announced and awarded. In this finale episode of Aftermath S1, Aly, Liberte & Jenn give more details on the mission that were not seen in the finale episode and tell what it’s like now that this adventure of a lifetime has come to a close. Plus, the girls enjoy one final speed challenge with SAR USA to close out their fantastic show season!
Episode 1 - Here We Go Again
With the first episode of season three of Surviving Mann in the books, it’s time to dissect and analyze. Host Chris Heaven kicks off episode one of Aftermath by taking a look into the contestants’ mental headspace during the grueling first day. Contestant and three-time olympian Lanny Barnes recounts the first day under Coach Mann and how it stacks up to his training in the past.
Episode 2 - Day Two In The Books
Aftermath hosts Chris and Cindy sit down with contestants Caleb and Jen to discuss one of the hardest days in Surviving Mann history. Caleb gives insight on his tug of war strategy.. which took inspiration from an unusual source. Next, Dr. Jeff West gives us the scoop about his life changing product. In the same vein, Eric from Nutrient Survival goes over what his company is doing for soldiers and civilians alike.
Episode 3 - All About Abs
Chris and Cindy sit down with Matthew and James for a recap of Day 3, and let’s just say they’ll be staying away from crunches for the foreseeable future. Matthew also lets us in on his weakness that he’s hoping to work through in the upcoming days. From there, James goes into his background and the challenges he’s overcome to be able to rise up and test his limits.
Episode 4 - Nonlethal Weaponry Meets Landnav
Contestants Stephen and Zacharias sit down to go through their experience with shooting the latest nonlethal weaponry and how their mission prep is going so far. From there, host Chris Heavens invites U.S. Arms and Athlon Optics to take a seat and show a sneak peak at their latest products. Before the end of the episode, the contestants let it slip that there’s going to be quite the surprise to come.
Episode 5 - So About Last Night…
Chris and Cindy sit down with Jenn and Lanny to take a deep dive into last night’s mission. If it wasn’t difficult enough to do a full day of Surviving Mann training, an overnight mission with no breaks seems to be the cherry on top. After a refreshing 2 hours of sleep, the contestants were back at it with an Olympic level pt session hosted by Lanny. From there, Jen fills us in on a secret new product in the next episode of Surviving Mann that reminds her of.. Fembots? Stay tuned.
Episode 6 - Faraday Bags and Spicy Buckshot
Kyle and Caleb give the skinny on the hamstring pull that was heard around the world. From there, Surviving Mann fans get a glimpse at just how far Faraday containers can go to protect your security, privacy and device. After, Black Aces does a deep dive into their available products and some exciting plans for the future.
Episode 7 - Hollow Points and the Dreaded Glove
In this episode, competitor James gives us an update on how his injuries are progressing and how he’s able to push through when most thought he would be long gone. Luckily for the competitors, he had a special demonstration ready that involved hollow points and gel blocks. Later, Matthew recaps his experience with “The Glove”. To cap things off, Chris also sits down with BodyHz to talk innovations in the non-chemical health industry.
Episode 8 - A Walk Down Memory Lane
Competitors Stephen and Danny sit down to recap the best and worst moments so far in the season. Also, Chris and Cindy sit down with Compliant Technologies’ founder to get the backstory on how the innovative product that is sweeping the nation (and terrorizing the contestants) came to be. Then Dr. West drops some truth bombs on the state of the average human body’s blood.
Episode 9 - The Team Goes To Tactical Paradise
Hell has frozen over because Don Mann has canceled PT, to the contestants feigned disappointment. Instead, the entire cast is at W.O.F.T. for some intense CQB training. Chris and Cindy get sit down with Jen and Lanny and W.O.F.T. gets an Olympic-level endorsement as one of the best tactical training facilities in the world.
Episode 10 - Hippo to Hog Hunts
Viewers get an inside scoop on the creation of Modern Pneumatic Air Rifles and their origin story. Spoiler Alert, it involves a big game hunt in South Africa. Next, Athlon Optics goes over how they’ve revolutionized Hog Hunting and thermal optics as a whole. Later, we get a look at the leader board and how close the race is going into the finale.
Episode 11 - We’ve Got a Movie Star In Our Midst
From suppressors to a shotgun fresh off the movie set of John Wick 4, the contestants got spoiled this week with amazing tactical weapons. Chris and Cindy sit down with Genesis Arms to get the scoop on how the team is doing prior to the finale. Mark Baylis, Green Beret, also sits down with our hosts to talk about his invaluable nonprofit that is changing the lives of hundreds of American Veterans.
Episode 12 - Dummy Drags and the Ultimate Cheat Code
With the mission imminent, Chris and Cindy sit down with Danny and Kyle for some last words on how the competition has been going so far. With Kyle still nursing a brutal hamstring pull, he gives us some insight on his unique running method. Cindy also chats with Autumn from Stream2Sea about her revolutionary product the team used today to beat the Florida sun.
