SEASON 3

Jump into another season of Surviving Mann, the ultimate test of strength, strategy and survival. Season 3 is hosted by SEAL Team 6 Spec Ops veteran, extreme adventure champion, and New York Times Best-Selling author Don Mann, and co-hosted by Mike Glover, a former Green Beret and 18-year US Army veteran. Amy Mitchell grew up in West Texas where she was a standout athlete and a gifted academic. Amy left home early, becoming a pediatric trauma ICU nurse. Amy is a proud mom of 4; she is of Mexican and Indian descent and has never met a gun she doesn’t like.

BRICKELL CLARK

An amazing young woman who gained prominence by
documenting her firearms training from day 1 on her hit Youtube channel American Gun Chic. She trains extensively with elite level tactical instructors and currently works as a lead instructor in Houston, TX at American HoneyBadger USA. The American HoneyBadger program is by far the
most complete women’s self defense focused training program in America. She can be found at AmericanHoneyBadgerUSA.com or on her popular Instagram and YouTube Channel American Gun Chic.

DANNY ZACHARIAS

A Tennessee lighting designer with a flair for the extreme, Danny’s not just known for making famous people look good on stage. With urban escape and evasion expertise, TCCC certification, and as a self-defense instructor for conflict zone-bound missionaries, he’s a force to be reckoned with. Danny rounds out his skills with top-tier firearms training and a strong martial arts background. A devoted husband and father of three girls, he’s motivated to stay fit, prepared, and eager to show Surviving Mann what a well-trained civilian can achieve.

DAVE MEAD

Dave hails from Science Hill, Kentucky. He and his wife met in New York City where they were both living and working and they quickly decided that their face-paced, stressful life wasn’t the path they wanted to continue on. They left it all behind and moved to a very remote, backwoods setting in south-central Kentucky. Dave was heavily inspired to live a more self-reliant, more meaningful, simple life. Dave became a Firefighter/EMT in order to become a better version of himself and be able to protect his family and community. Dave decided to pursue one of his life-long passions, archery and bow making. And his business Mead Longbows was born. Dave has been a martial artist his entire life and believes archery has a natural, true mind, body, spirit connection.
In conjunction with archery, Dave has been practicing primitive survival skills since he was a child and is a master at hunting and tracking. Dave can be found on YouTube at Dave Mead Does (self reliance survival channel) and Mead Longbows (archery channel).

DAVID NGUYEN

Moving to the US on his own at 17 this IT professional finds himself outdoors every day pushing himself to do the things that most 61 years olds never dream of. Running miles every day only to sometimes bike for another 20 before feeding the dogs or kids, this Marine Sharpshooter finds himself loving life on his farm in Rye Colorado, at the gun range teaching 4H youth program or on the slopes the last day of ski season.

JENNIFER STANKUS

This emergency physician has a passion for serving her country and community. As a former Army JAG officer and former police officer, she gained the training and experience that drove her to compete in American Ninja Warrior, Military Edition at age 47. Now at 51, she’s ready to show the competition that she’s got the drive and determination to be the last person standing.

JOE JOHNSON

Starting in the early 70’s Joe became interested in extreme sports. Rock Climbing, Rugby, Long Distance Paddling and Trail Running, Triathlon, etc. In 1998 Joe attended Odyssey Adventure Racing Academy which was owned by Don Mann and set for a week of training and concluded with entry into a 2-day Adventure Race called the Endorphin Fix. Over the last 25 Years, Joe has completed Adventure Races, ran countless Ultras, rode Centuries and signed up for Triathlons. Through his journeys, Joe raced against some of the greatest endurance athletes in the country.
At the time of filming Season 2 of Surviving Mann, Joe was 68. He competed through the season while also battling blood cancer. Despite this, Joe managed to keep moving forward and competing better than ever! To Joe, he feels like he’s just getting going!

NATE BAILEY

This 45 year old retired Army National Guard veteran from southeast Minnesota, is no stranger to endurance challenges. Having competed in SEALFIT Kokoro, 100 mile races and multiple ultra marathons, he knows he’s got the endurance to last beyond the competition and face Mann.

RICHARD KUAN

Richard began his career in real estate as a mortgage broker more than 35 years ago and throughout the years has owned several real estate franchises and quickly became the top mortgage loan originator in the nation during the early 2000s. In 2018 Richard became semi-retired and started shooting competitively in USPSA and IDPA 3-gun shooting matches then in 2019 decided to become a firearms instructor for pistol, rifle, and shotgun. Richard is credentialed by NRA, USCCA, CRPA, and CA-DOJ.

EPISODES

Episode 1 - Head First into PT

Season 3 of Surviving Mann starts with no time wasted.. straight to PT. The contestants are thrown straight into physical training, to determine where everyone lies and how to properly group them into the iconic Black and Blue Surviving Mann teams. From Olympic athletes to cast favorites, these eight competitors are ready to prove what they’ve got.

Episode 2 - Physical Training Smorgasbord

Mike Glover, Green Beret and retired CIA operative, joins Don to kick up it up a notch for our contestants. What would Surviving Mann be without some log PT? If it’s good enough for the Seals – it’s good enough for our contestants. If that wasn’t hard enough, Don and Mike have the contestants do some tire pulling, a run, tug of war, land nav and a Tyrolean traverse over alligator infested water. Oh, and did we mention the 40mph wind and rain storm?

Episode 3 - The Tides are Changing

Still reeling from a mission briefing from the CIA, the contestants are thrown into a punishment for breaking protocol. It’s safe to say the contestants are having a sobering morning. However, the contestants are given a minor reprieve when Don assigns them to some stretch PT to give them a break before the ropes course gauntlet in the afternoon.

Episode 4 - Nothin Better Than Some Shooting and Recon

Day 4 of Season 3 kicks off with some much anticipated shooting.. or does it? This course of fire is actually using the latest cutting-edge CO2 technologies to train the contestants with another option for nonlethal force. Having a new weaponry option tucked in their arsenal, the competitors set out on their first recon mission for their CIA mission. Trudging through Alligator infested waters to their rendezvous point, the weight of the successful mission hangs in the balance.

Episode 5 - Olympic Level PT and an After Action Report

For physical training, Don does something unexpected when he hands over the reins to a contestant to lead. One would think that would make for an easy go of it, if it weren’t for the 3-time Olympian that was now in charge. Next, co-host Mike Glover leads Surviving Mann’s first ever After-Action report to debrief the previous night’s mission. Afterwards, the infamous Blah line makes its season debut to the contestants’ chagrin.

Episode 6 - The Range is Hot

Episode 6 kicks off with some much anticipated weapons training and tactical shooting. Armed with some killer Black Aces shotguns, the teams are challenged with a unique course of fire. From there, Athlon Optics and Modern Pneumatic Sporting Devices configure a hunting air rifle for the contestants to play with.

Episode 7 - Life Lessons A Plenty

The wrath of Mann is upon the contestants as Don doles out punishments to the entire squad for one person’s mistake. On the tails of the punishment, Don leads everyone in a lesson on BUD/S training. Later, co-host and retired Green Beret, Mike Glover, gives the contestants a life lesson on survival they won’t soon forget. To top off the episode, one of the contestants demonstrates his industry-changing hollow point bullets in some meaty targets.

Episode 8 - The Glove Returns and It Brought A Friend

The Glove Returns with a vengeance! This crop of contestants is the best of the best.. but how do they stack up against The Glove? Where about to find out. After The Glove waves goodbye, it’s hot-headed friend makes a debut courtesy of Exothermic Technologies. The contestants have a hard time keeping a smile off their faces as they shoot at targets and then blow them up.

Episode 9 - The W.O.F.T. For The Win

CQB training is imperative for mission success, and since Don doesn’t do anything half-heartedly, it was time for a road trip. Equipped with Titanium Foam suppressors (yeah, you read that right), the team is ready to test their skills in an elite training facility. Afterwards, we check in with Dr. Jen for a sneak peak at the new Surviving Mann: All Stars filming location.

Episode 10 - Mission Day and EEIs

The moment you all have been waiting for is here – it’s mission day. While the contestants wait for word from HQ, no time is wasted outfitting them with mission essentials. When word comes through with strict orders not to engage with the cartel, but to save any hostages they come across, the team must use all their training thus far to pull off this important recon operation.

Episode 11 - GOAT Rifles for the GOATs

The mission is still imminent, but something pressing came up.. some really cool guns! This course of fire includes an amazing rifle, a man down and an opportunity to go full-auto. Then, Crossfire lets the team try out a tactical bat that includes a 22LR Pistol and a window breaker spike. If that’s not enough to get the blood pumping, the contestants try out a silencer fit for the most secretive of missions and a John Wick shotgun. Buckle up.

Episode 12 - When Pigtails and Pistols Strike

The night mission is a go.. or so they thought. As the team readied for the night mission, word from HQ derails the plan. The team has to act fast to adapt to an ever-changing hostage situation. With an ingenious plan formed, some contestants have to go undercover to get the intel needed to complete the mission. See who this season’s winner is on the nail-biter season finale of Surviving Mann.

Episode 1 - HE SAID DO WHAT?

Surviving Mann contestants are the best of the best. But even they had no idea what they were in for when put through their paces by Don Mann.

Episode 2 - EMBRACE THE SUCK

What exactly did Don mean by “cover story”. What do he and Randy really have in store for the 32?

Episode 3 - LET THE GAMES BEGIN

If you like guns, this is the one you’ve been waiting for. New state-of-the-art weapons and gear, including some even Don has never seen. See if the 32 have what it takes to survive gun challenges from the Mann himself. The best shot may surprise you!

Episode 4 - THE 50 CAL

You call that a gun? Nah. That’s not a gun. Now this… THIS is a gun! The 32 experience an even more grueling level of surprise PT as only a Seal Team 6 warrior and MMA Champion can deliver. And to put icing on the cake… there’s the 50 cal. Find out who came out on top and who the ultimate Competition Lead is in this episode of Surviving Mann.

Episode 5 - PUSHING TO THE MAX

Only a few days in, the 32 are rapidly progressing through their training for the upcoming mission. This episode includes several challenges including live ammo run and shoot, barriers and cover and an extreme rope course. Can the leader stay on top? Or will someone else pull ahead?

Episode 6 - IT PAYS TO BE A WINNER

In this Surviving Mann Episode, the 32 face an intense and dangerous desert and tunnel navigation challenge with a high-valued prize going to the winner. Some of the 32 need to pay attention and there’s a bit of drama brewing in the ranks.

Episode 7 - ROLL THE DICE

The competitors are back with guns in their hands for an action-packed, mobile combat drill in a canyon with live fire. And of course, it wouldn’t be Las Vegas without a little gambling, right? Watch the bravest of the top 10 risk it all with the elite, 700-yard pinnacle shot – a chance to win (or lose) BIG.

Episode 8 - I WANT TO WIN

The competitors heat up the desert with some tough physical training that tests both physical and mental strength. Then, the team heads to the range for yet another level of precision shooting with both rifles and pistols. Will we see a new leader emerge?

Episode 9 - WALK THE PLANK

Climbing to the top, literally! In this episode, you better put your fear of heights away.  The contestants have the option to earn extra points, but not everyone is happy about it. Mental strength is tested through rappelling from high above the sky. Who will come out on top?

Episode 10 - STRONGER TODAY THAN YESTERDAY

Planks, Don! Don gave the contestants an option to earn extra points for planking. How does this shake up the top points earners? And of course, there’s shooting challenges. First, Don puts the contestants through realistic military training for a car ambush scenario. Then, three-time state champion, Renee Enchautegui, takes the 32 on a night-time shooting challenge.

Episode 11 - INFILTRATION

As the mission gets closer, the 32 must prepare for various scenarios, including CQB – Close Quarters Battle – which can be essential in hostage rescue. Watch the live-fire CQB drill teams and see how they stack up. Plus Don & Randy give the top competitors one last chance to rack up BIG points with another 700 yard Roll-The-Dice Pinnacle Shot. Episode 12 - OPERATION SCORPION

It’s mission time! The clock is ticking and our hostage’s demise is imminent, unless the team can get him out in time. Watch the mission unfold and whether the team succeeds fully in this, the season finale of Surviving Mann. As the mission concludes, see who of the 32 Survived Mann, who came out on top and reminisce with the cast as they say goodbye to the adventure of a lifetime.

Episode 1 - If You're Not First, You’re Last

In the Season 2 premiere of Surviving Mann you’ll meet The Black Team and The Blue Team—12 tough-as-nails contestants who will take on everything Don could throw at them even after seeing Season 1! Co-host Sheriff Mark Lamb jumps in to bring advanced law enforcement training tactics & strategies to the evolution line-up.

Episode 2 - The Pain Don't Stop

Episode 2, the SAR episode, is star-studded and action-packed! Get ready for three amazing celebrity guests: Kerri Kasem, veteran TV & radio host, philanthropist & shooting enthusiast; Elena Cardone, celebrity entrepreneur, CEO of Build an Empire, and top-10 ranked California female shooter; and top-10 nationally ranked youth champion Renee Enchautegui, who has a special treat in store for our celebs from SAR USA.

Episode 3 - The Ladder from Hell

Brace yourself for an edge-of-your-seat Tyrolean traverse (a horizontal ladder) over—and occasionally plunging into—the alligator occupied lake. Then, watch as our celebrity shooters and special guests unleash the power of some truly formidable machinery.

Episode 4 - The Glove

If the previous day wasn’t physically challenging enough, Donn kicks off this episode with a mad dash for individual points. Next, the contestants and celebrity guests are tested with a unique course of fire. As an added treat, a Black-Hawk-Down pilot and war hero introduces the contestants to “The Glove”.

Episode 5 - The RNS Mission Is A Go

Mann announces a reconnaissance and surveillance mission is imminent. The contestants are then tasked with electing a mission commander, while another top-notch competitor joins their ranks. Next, it’s not a day on Surviving Mann without a little physical training and a unique course of fire equipped with a folding AR.

Episode 6 - Bushwhacking, No Cracking

Don tests the competitors with the most grueling Log PT in the history of Surviving Mann and Surviving Mann All-Stars. From there, a brand new Cobalt rifle makes the new course of fire a breeze.

Episode 7 - Black Rambo Returns

The legendary Black Rambo returns to help the crew with an all new weapons system. A new course of fire, combined with some survival training, challenges the contestants’ mission readiness. After that, the contestants are instructed on how to build a shelter from a survival expert among their ranks.

Episode 8 - The Sniper’s Hide

The contestants are T-minus one day out from the critical mission and the heat is on. But before that, it wouldn’t be a Surviving Mann episode without some intensive PT. With a crash-course on how to build a sniper’s hide under their belts, the teams get their chance to get their hands dirty.

Episode 9 - Land Nav Training

After another grueling PT session, the contestants are pushed to their limits with a new course of fire courtesy of Stag Arms. From long range, 500 yards, to standing, kneeling and a 100 meter dash- will anyone complete this challenging course of fire? After that, the teams are put through extensive land nav training.

Episode 10 - The Mission

The moment the contestants have been training for is finally here. But when a surveillance mission turns into a CQB, the contestants have to put all their training to the test. Find out who won Surviving Mann Season Two and who was the MVP of the season.
